How the Atlas grows in trust

The Atlas earns its trust slowly.

Every masjid in the Atlas carries a tier — a small badge for how its data was verified. Together, the Ummah moves each record from Seeded up to Verified, Claimed, or Institutional. Some early Seeded entries may carry inaccuracies — and every Muslim who confirms, claims, or flags one pushes the Atlas one step closer to truth.

أُعْطِيتُ خَمْسًا لَمْ يُعْطَهُنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ قَبْلِي: نُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ مَسِيرَةَ شَهْرٍ، وَجُعِلَتْ لِيَ الْأَرْضُ مَسْجِدًا وَطَهُورًا، فَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ مِنْ أُمَّتِي أَدْرَكَتْهُ الصَّلَاةُ فَلْيُصَلِّ، وَأُحِلَّتْ لِيَ الْمَغَانِمُ وَلَمْ تَحِلَّ لِأَحَدٍ قَبْلِي، وَأُعْطِيتُ الشَّفَاعَةَ، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ يُبْعَثُ إِلَى قَوْمِهِ خَاصَّةً وَبُعِثْتُ إِلَى النَّاسِ عَامَّةً

"I have been given five things which were not given to any of the prophets before me: I have been made victorious through awe at a distance of one month's journey; the earth has been made a place of prostration and a means of purification for me — so whoever of my Ummah is overtaken by the time of prayer, let him pray wherever he is; the spoils of war have been made lawful for me though they were not lawful for anyone before me; I have been given the right of intercession; and a prophet used to be sent to his own people only, but I have been sent to all of humankind."

إِذَا مَاتَ الْإِنْسَانُ انْقَطَعَ عَنْهُ عَمَلُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ: مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ جَارِيَةٍ، أَوْ عِلْمٍ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ، أَوْ وَلَدٍ صَالِحٍ يَدْعُو لَهُ

"When a son of Adam dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: a sadaqa jariya, knowledge that benefits, or a righteous child who prays for him."
